Who is she? actually i really know nothing about this Ehisu Kofuku character from Noragami Anime, but Kanda Laam sweet face and her whirly Pink hair force me to feature this Ehisu Kofuku Cosplay picture now (theres always space from cute girl in MyAnimeGirls ^^), so don't expect much I would give useful information about this Anime character.
All that I know is Kanda Laam looks very cute with her pink hair and also that creamy-white sweater looks really suit her, my guess is Ehisu Kofuku is a Popular high school girl at her school, her School sweater in this Ehisu Kofuku Cosplay picture also reminds me of Nishino Tsukasa's sweaters from Ichigo 100% anime.
