Midori Kanda Cosplay as Kuroko Shirai from To Aru Kagaku no Railgun anime series, To Aru Kagaku no Railgun is Japanese anime series which based on the manga with same tittled, which in itself is a spin-off of the light novel, manga and anime series Toaru Majutsu no Index, in this Midori Kanda Cosplay as Kuroko Shirai she cosplaying as one of the female protagonist character from Tokiwadai Middle School Kuroko Shirai, she is member of Judgment (Judgment is a special public commotte group whos has duty to maintain peace and order in Academy City, Kuroko Shirai has magic abillity to doing instant teleportation, it made her can teleport herself and or atnything she touches under weight of around 130-137kg to anywhere in limited radius around 81-85meters, that was nice skill, i mean its would be nice if i hade that teleportation skill so i can go to any cosplay event arround the world without any cost (well....mabe that will take more time, coz my teleportation limited in 85 meters) i like this character in the anime.
