As far as I know Ciel Phantomhive is a boy from Phantomhive family that very popular among Black Butler manga female reader, but what you see in this Ciel Phantomhive Cosplay picture is the female version of Ciel Phantomhive. He had disguised himself as a woman in the Black Butler anime (I don't quite remember).
Rinto Tocchi looks very cute with that Maid Cosplay Costume, although she still looks very strict and proud, with a cold outlook on life (just like Ciel Nature). definitely in the Ciel Phantomhive Cosplay picture Rinto Tocchi has managed to pull out the cute side of Ciel Phantomhive character. importanly that cake looks delicious ... I hope she left a little piece for me.
