Tsunade is the Fifth Hokage (Godaime Hokage; Literally meaning "Fifth Fire Shadow") of Konohagakure, taking over after Hiruzen Sarutobi died. Tsunade is the only known living member of the Senju clan; she is the granddaughter of Hashirama Senju, the First Hokage. Along with Orochimaru and Jiraiya, Tsunade is one of the Legendary Sannin of Konoha.
